Synonyms
Define the capitalized word yourself first; watch for the planted antonym. Four choices mean eliminations pay off fast.
Sentence completions
Read for the logic signal — contrast (“although”, “despite”), cause (“because”), continuation — and predict the blank’s direction before touching the choices. For double blanks, kill a choice the moment either word fails; both must fit precisely.
