No. Every paid product is a one-time purchase with 365 days of access from the day you buy. Nothing renews, and there is no trial that turns into a charge.

For 365 days you can take and retake every test in the product, open every explanation and see every report. When the period ends you can no longer start or retake tests; your reports and answer history stay in your account, and question-by-question review needs an active product.

At purchase. If you are not ready to begin, take a free half-length test first and buy when you are.

No. They are separate question sets written to each exam’s own format and scoring. The Combo contains twenty different tests.

By credit or debit card: you choose your card company in the payment window. Prices are charged in Korean won. Payment is handled by Toss Payments in its own secure window — RichiePrep never sees or stores your card number.

No. The price shown is the total you pay, and the total on the button is the total on your receipt.

Yes, and you pay only the difference. A single test counts toward that exam’s library, and a library counts toward the Combo, at the amount you actually paid, while its access is still running — so a single test to a library is ₩224,000, and a library to the Combo is ₩140,000. The upgraded product gets its own 365 days from the day you upgrade, and the 14 days for a refund count from the upgrade payment. Email support@richieprep.com with your order reference and we will send the upgrade link.

Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund every test you have not started. Each test is valued at the price you paid divided by the number of tests in the product. A started test is not refundable: a test counts as started the moment it opens, even if it is not finished. After 14 days, purchases are final, unless the fault is ours or the law where you live gives you more. See the Refund Policy for details.

Almost every SSAT or ISEE student is a minor. A guardian opens the account, gives permission for the student to practice and holds the receipts; the student works in a profile under a nickname — never a full name. See Children’s Privacy.

Yes. A purchase belongs to the guardian account, and every student profile in that account can use it. Sharing outside your household is not allowed.

Yes. The payment provider emails a receipt to the guardian when payment completes.

Yes. Group licenses start at five students. Email hello@richieprep.com with the exam, level and number of students.

No. A guarantee needs an exam score to measure against, and our reports are deliberately not exam scores. What we promise is complete timed rehearsals, an explanation for every question, and a refund on every test you have not started within 14 days of purchase.
