What RichiePrep is and the free tests.
- What is RichiePrep?Timed online practice tests for the SSAT and ISEE Upper Level, with a report and an explanation for every question.
- What do the free tests include?A free half-length test for each exam, with a report and every explanation. No card needed.
- SSAT or ISEE — which should we practise?Practise the exam your schools ask for. If they accept either, the comparison page shows how the two differ.
- What is the Word Game?A free vocabulary game built from the words in our practice tests. No account needed.
Taking tests and reports
The test player, saving, timing and reports.
- How do I start a practice test?Sign in, open the dashboard, pick the student and the test, and press Start.
- Are answers saved? What if the internet drops?Every answer is sent to our servers as it is made. Reconnect and you carry on where you were.
- Can a test be paused?A section's clock keeps running once it starts. Between sections, the student chooses when to go on.
- What can the test player do?Flag questions, cross out choices, highlight passages, change text size, and use the keyboard.
- How do I read the report?Raw practice results by section and skill, the next step to take, and an explanation for every question.
- Can a student retake a test?Yes, while the product's access lasts. Earlier attempts and reports are kept.
- Which devices and browsers work?Best on a laptop or desktop with a keyboard; a tablet or phone works too.
- A question or answer looks wrongUse Report an issue beside the question in the review, or tell us its question ID.
Your account
Signing in, passwords and email.
- I forgot my passwordUse Forgot your password on the sign-in page. The link works for one hour.
- I didn't get the emailCheck spam and promotions, make sure the address is right, then send it again.
- How do I change my email or password?Account → Sign-in and security. Both need the current password.
- Signing in with GoogleUse the same Google account each time. You can add a password to the same account later.
- How do I close my account?Account → Your data. Closing the account erases every profile and practice record.

What things cost and how refunds work.
- What does RichiePrep cost?A 10-test library is ₩279,000, the SSAT + ISEE Combo ₩419,000, a single test ₩55,000. One-time, 365 days of access.
- Can I upgrade later and pay only the difference?Yes: a single test toward that exam's library, a library toward the Combo, at what you actually paid.
- How do refunds work?Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund every test you have not started. A started test is not refundable.
- Where is my receipt?We email a receipt when payment goes through; your purchases are listed on the Account page.
- How long does access last?365 days from the day you buy. Reports stay in your account afterwards.
