Refund Policy

The short version

• 14 days. Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund every test you have not started.
• A started test is not refundable. A test counts as started the moment you open it, even if you do not finish it. We tell you this before each test begins.
• After 14 days, purchases are final, unless the fault is ours or the law where you live gives you more.

How the amount is worked out

Every test in a pack has the same value: the price you paid divided by the number of tests in the pack. Your refund is that value multiplied by the tests you have not started.

Example: a 10-test library at ₩279,000 with 3 tests started, requested on day 9, is refunded ₩279,000 × 7 ÷ 10 = ₩195,300.

A single test is refundable within 14 days if you have not started it.

When we refund a pack, your access to its remaining tests ends. Reports for tests you have taken stay in your account.

If the fault is ours

If a test could not be taken or scored because of a problem on our side, we fix it or refund that test, at any time. Your access continues.

Bought twice by mistake

We refund the duplicate order in full.

Where the law gives you more

We honor any refund or cancellation right that the consumer law of your country of residence gives you beyond this policy.

• Republic of Korea: you may end your access at any time while it is active. We refund the tests you have not started. After the first 14 days, a termination charge of 10% of the price you paid is deducted.

How to ask

Go to Account → Purchases → Request a refund. This is also how you withdraw from a purchase. We send the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of your request. Your card company may take a few more days to show it. Refunds are made in Korean won. If your bank converted the original payment, the amount in your currency may differ slightly because of exchange rates.
