Why does a parent need to give permission?

Below the digital-consent age where the student lives, a parent or guardian confirms by email before any test starts.

The law in many countries asks for a parent's or guardian's permission before a service keeps a young student's answers: under 13 in the US and UK, under 14 in Korea, and between 13 and 16 across Europe.

When a student below that age signs up, we email the parent or guardian a link. Once they confirm, the student can start tests — free tests included.

If the email did not arrive, check spam first, then ask us to send it again from the Contact page.

Was this what you needed? If not, contact us and a person will reply by email within one business day (Korea time).
